Does it work on every phone?
All recent iPhones (XS and newer) and almost every Android phone can read NFC. Android users may need NFC switched on, which it usually is. For older phones, every card, stand and sticker also has a QR code.
Do my customers need an app?
No. The tap opens your Google review page in the phone’s browser or Google Maps app, which are already installed.
Is this allowed by Google?
Yes. Google encourages businesses to ask customers for reviews. What isn’t allowed is paying for reviews, offering rewards for them, or only asking happy customers. Our cards simply make it easy for everyone to leave honest feedback.
What do you need from me?
